Premier League statistics: Leicester City remains undefeated in 10 consecutive Premier League games by beating Everton 2-3 away from home to lead the table. They have scored an incredible 22 goals in these 10 games. No Premier League side other than Leicester City has scored an average of more than 2 goals per game this season. They have now scored in 20 consecutive games.

Romelu Lukaku has now scored in 8 consecutive games for Everton. He has scored 9 goals in these 8 games. Unfortunately Everton has not been able to gain maximum points as they drew 4 and lost 1 of these 7 games.

Champions League statistics: Cristiano Ronaldo has set a new record for the number of goals scored in the Champions League group stage with 11 goals. His 4 goals against Malmö has helped him reach this feet. With this Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a minimum of 10 goals in Champions League for the 5th consecutive season. By scoring 88 goals overall in Champions League, he has now widened the gap with Lionel Messi who has scored 80 goals in Champions League.

By beating Dinamo Zagreb, Pep Guardiola has set up a new record in Bayern Munich. He has achieved 100 wins in just 132 games which is more than 75% wins. He has achieved the same at Barcelona only at 139 games. José Mourinho has achieved the same in 142 games in his first spell with Chelsea.

French Ligue 1 disparity: French Ligue 1 has really become a one-horse race as Paris Saint-Germain leads the table by 19 points in just 19 games. Whereas the second placed team Monaco is just 15 points ahead of 19th placed Toulouse. Such domination of Paris Saint-Germain is bound to make French Ligue 1 less fascinating. Their only defeat of this entire campaign came against Real Madrid in Champions League group stage.

Real Madrid with a record win: Real Madrid have won against Rayo Vallecano by scoring 10 goals. This is the first time in 55 years that a team has scored 10 goals or more in a La Liga game. Last time too, it was Real Madrid scoring 11 goals against Elche in 1960. In this game, Gareth Bale has scored his first hat trick in La Liga by scoring 4 goals.
